- Lead unit based marketing strategy aligned with NMC Group Marketing and Communications strategies. Understand distinct needs of internal stakeholders including consumer, commercial and wealth management. Participate in a variety of activities involved in marketing programs.
- Ability to interface with IT and Operations to ensure execution of ideas.
- Coordinate and make arrangements for marketing activities at various exhibits and conferences.
- Coordinate in the implementation of marketing programs to include preparation of copy and layouts of advertisements, catalogues, brochures, and book jackets.
- Assessment of competitive and market forces in order to develop and influence multiple stakeholders in the cooperation regarding the hospital promotion strategies.
- Monitor and update list of selected review media for publications; maintain records of media who respond with reviews.
- Create new way to add value to current customers and attract prospective customers.
- Drive risk appropriate revenue and profitability objectives through strategic planning of referral system.
- Leverage agency relationships to optimize exposure of the company and products in all media channels through innovative marketing.
- Be a credible, articulate company spokesperson and ensure effective multi-modal communication to engage our external communities in regards to our products.
- Coordinate in procuring needed services for advertising, printing of brochures, mailing services and other related matters.
- Attend to, manage and resolve patient complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Create new ways to add value to current customers and attract prospective customers.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein, as may be assigned or delegated.
- Preferred Experience: Work requires a background in marketing or promotions
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and follow up effectively with diverse contacts
- Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
