Engage with customers to understand their needs, address any questions or concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
Present and pitch services effectively, highlighting key selling points and persuading customers to make a purchase.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and sales transactions, in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and close sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share feedback, and optimize sales processes.Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in achieving sales targets.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
