- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Min. 10 years of experience in relevant field;
- Middle East region experience;
- Technical knowledge through experience; LV Switchgear would be optimum, Electrical & Lighting manufacturing would also be good.
As the product manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and marketing retail products, particularly for the Residential segment.Your main priorities will be:
- Mobilize product lines for sale through the company's channels.
- Achieve growth objectives, including market share and revenue, for all business channels.
- Recommend and develop product lines from concept to promotion.
- Identify customer needs and market gaps to drive growth.
- Analyze market competition and customer preferences.
- Provide sales strategies and forecasts;
- Monitor brand development and market share;
- Manage product costing and inventory levels;
- Train and develop sales staff;
- Stay updated on industry trends through networking and professional events;
- Implement marketing activities and ensure brand awareness and sales targets are met;
- Build internal and external buy-in for product vision;
- Obtain government and consultant approvals;
- Gather customer feedback and organize product samples;
- Plan brand strategies and timelines;
- Train and develop the sales team;
- Utilize market research to generate product ideas;
- Assess competition by comparing products;
- Manage inventory levels and procurement schedules for product availability.
