- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, key competitors, and emerging trends in the modular construction industry.
- Evaluate market demands, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements to inform business development strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on product development and market positioning based on market analysis findings.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate lead generation and business growth.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, tailored proposals, and exemplary customer service.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams.
- Participate in contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable partnerships.
- Ensure all business agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and financial objectives.
- Suggest upgrades or add products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Possess a deep understanding of modular construction technologies, processes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the technical team to assess project feasibility, evaluate technical requirements, and provide technical guidance during business development activities.
- Serve as a technical consultant for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing recommendations, and ensuring a thorough understanding of our solutions
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Architecture, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
- Proven 5- 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry in KSA, with a focus on modular construction being a strong advantage.
- Excellent proven track with previous engagement with the sector's stakeholders starting from Real Estate developers, Leading contracting companies and consultants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
