- Product Sales in the allocated Sales territories.
- Research & discover new sales territories.
- Correspondence with customers via emails and visits within UAE and abroad.
- Traveling is required.
- Maintain CRM database.
- Exceeding or meeting the personal & the team’s sales targets, while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
- Coordinating with production dept. and communicating to customers on possible product delivery dates
- Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.
- Attending multiple local & international exhibitions.
- Presentation & analysis of multiple reports.
- Be able to effectively communicate with customers, via emails and visits.
- Coordinate with Finance on matters related to customer payments.
- Responsible for handling customer technical queries for new/existing products
- Other assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of plastics, additives & polymers, etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Commercial awareness & capable of acquiring market information.
- Perseverance
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Knowledge of MS Office/SAP / Internet/Basic Accounts
- Experience in ISO 9001 is preferred, but not mandatory.
