:We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in inspection and quality assurance to join our team. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. This role involves leading inspection efforts, mentoring junior inspectors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Inspect Products: Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent product quality.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, deviations, and corrective actions. Generate inspection reports.Training: Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality control processes and best practices.Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify root causes of quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment and tools.Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to the enhancement of quality processes and efficiency.Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality and safety.Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a similar capacity in an oil and gas production or operations company

CERTIFICATIONS:

Job holder shall have at leas two(2) of the following certifications:

API-510 Pressure Vessel Inspector

API-570 Piping Inspector

API-653 Aboveground Storage Tank

CSWIP-WI-6-92 (Welding Inspector 3.1) is preferable

API-580 Risk Based Inspection is preferable
