Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen ties between existing clientele and new, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, develop, and manage corporate, government, and leisure accounts within GCC market.
- Manage business travel agent accounts according to the set business mix strategy.
- Undertake joint sales calls with the team as required.
- Monitor market trends and competition, reporting on opportunities.
- Conduct client site visits .
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on segment and account production, proposing strategies for revenue enhancement.
- Implement sales objectives and action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Maintain action plans with strategies for major accounts and ensure activities are reflected in salesforce.
- Understand the market dynamics and competitors' strengths and weaknesses to effectively sell against them.
- Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly department meetings, providing account performance updates and market feedback.
- Provide coverage for accounts as required by the Department Head.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members to effectively address their needs.
- Handle guest complaints and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues within the hotel.
- Participate in client entertainment activities with the Sales Department.
