- Participates in the formation and execution of the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Assists with day-to-day marketing and communication activities to include both internal and external communication, such as social media campaigns, speaking engagements, presentations, exhibitions and recruitment marketing activities.
- Gathers and organizes information from multiple sources, coordinates priorities with the manager, transmits information to the appropriate support group for review, word processing or graphics design work.
- Manages deliverable schedules and immediately notifies the manager of potential delays.
- Participates in resource planning to enable the marketing group to meet all production milestones.
- Manage the production of marketing and promotional materials including brochures, videos, merchandise, etc.
- Accountable for accuracy of marketing and PR information.
- Copywriting for marketing campaigns such as emails and social media posts.
- Monitors and reports on all marketing and PR campaigns to measure reach and success.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Reports directly to the Marketing Manager EMEA.
- Bachelor’s degree; ideally in marketing, public relations, or communication.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and oral communication and exceptionally strong business English.
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills and general office practice skills.
- Creative approach to communication and brand awareness.
- Strong copy writing is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office products.
