Establish and maintain document control procedures for the organization.
Manage the storage, retrieval, and distribution of documents, both electronic and physical.
Organize and maintain a central document repository, ensuring proper categorization and version control.
Coordinate document review and approval processes, tracking changes and revisions as necessary.
Ensure that all documents are properly formatted, named, and indexed for easy retrieval.
Monitor document access and permissions, maintaining confidentiality and security.
Provide training and support to staff on document management processes and tools.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in document control or records management preferred.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to document control.
