Job Description:We are currently assisting a Sports Center – for Adults and Children based in DIP, Dubai. The company is currently looking for a receptionist who will perform, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Answer telephone calls

Make booking

Process payment

Assist in managing social media posts (familiar with using Canva and other creative tools)

Tour prospective clients around the facility

Answer any queries of customers when appropriate

The working schedules are as follows:

Monday to Friday, 12NN-8PM, and Saturday, there is a few hours to cover 9AM-12NN

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

at least 2 years of work experience in the UAE

strong fluency in English language

have worked at least 2 to 3 years in general administration / receptionist role in a sports/fitness/club/hotel facilities

have experience in handling adult and children clients

flexible to work 6 days in a week and can work until evening

familiar with using CANVA and can manage social media channels

ideally can join immediately
