Architect – Authorities Experience

- B.Arch. or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an Architect in building projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality and other authorities, including specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Proficiency in computer 3D and presentation programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality DEQ System and Abu Dhabi Municipality MEPS system.
- Attentive to detail and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Immediate joining is a must.
