Job DescriptionTo lead, direct and manage self-service banking unit’s human resources, financial, operational, customers and processes to achieve set objectives.Achieve the objectives and goals set by the department head in the unit areaDraft annual Self-Service Banking Unit business plan that is coordinated with the department objectives.Draft annual budget that will enable the successful execution of the approved business plan.Initiate and approve Self-Service Banking Unit staff annual leave.Propose \ manage a learning and development plan for the Self-Service Banking Unit staffPropose \ Review \ Manage projects related to Self-Service Banking UnitDirect the execution of business plan & unit performance level to achieve set objectivesHandle any exception / irregularity that is escalatedProvide financial approval where required (within approved delegation authority)Direct and manage any additional ATM \ CDM procurement planRepresent the self-service banking unit internally and externallyParticipate in any bank initiative that would support overall bank successEnsure self-service banking unit is in compliance with all rules and regulations of the bank and other governing bodiesAll the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.Competencies/SkillsEducationMBAWork ExperienceMinimum 8-10 Years’ experience in similar field & work environment
