Develop business HR strategy & plans in alignment with Group HR strategy formalization and business needs.
Lead and adopt strategic HR initiatives, implementation delivery, and execution as per best practice that ensures the best overall performance.
Ensure the best utilization of company resources and the best investment return.
Advise the company with the best practices of resource utilization, methods, and moving forward in HR projects.
Delivery of key strategic initiatives successfully.
Managing the project team to ensure their deliverables are meeting the expectations.
Improving internal practices that sustain continuity enhancement of the excellence operations after the project execution.
