This position will be accountable for the direct responsibility of leading a brand or divisions agenda. You will be responsible for developing quarterly and annual Integrated OMNI-Channel Plans and recommendations for his/her brands aligned multi-functionally within the Central Marketing & Digital Division and with Brand teams. Whilst developing a clear measurable communication strategy per brand with clear cascading choices and per medium role/goal and time bound.What You'll be Doing…
  • Designing based on Analysis the Brand building Plan that drives the aspired business results with strong and deep knowledge on what needs to be communicated and where/on which channels and which mix.
Working closely with Brand Team and Customer & Market Knowledge to spot customer learning gaps and develop clear research needs/Drumbeat to feed to the brand planning cycle.Partnering with his/her brand team during business cycle (annually) to develop full year marketing Bottoms up goals.Reporting & analyzing marketing activities regularly and report across to brand team/Marketing & Digital division learnings/ Results and KPIs with clear improvement plans.Who You Are…
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI), Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Workflow systems (JIRA), Google Analytics, Social media platforms, Email solution providers.
  • Working with different marketing communication channels (Offline media, Below the line, Digital media, performance marketing, Influencer marketing, CRM).
  • Have a good understanding of key digital performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media listening tools.
