- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation, and supporting the technical needs of the employees and overseeing IT infrastructure projects at various sites.
- Maintain and configure network security devices (e.g., Fortigate firewalls) for site-to-site VPNs and client VPNs based on specific requirements.
- Manage the UniFi and Fortinet wireless management systems, including adding SSIDs, implementing Microsoft NPS authentication for user access.
- Administer the Aruba and Fortinet switches, creating multiple VLANs, configuring Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP), and Quality of Service (QoS).
- Manage Office 365, including maintaining licenses, assigning licenses based on user requirements, and managing Exchange Admin Center policies.
