:JOB PURPOSE:Provides onsite technical support to fields operations to ensure continuous, efficient and safe operations for Nasr Field. Monitors operational performance of plant/equipment/system and identify if there is any bottleneck. Provide technical support and guidance to NS field teams in their long term & short-term strategy and plans. Assists in developing / review of operating (routine / non-routine) / commissioning procedures in liaisons with respected team & provide support to Nasr field on HSE and energy related issues.Job Specific AccountabilitiesAccountability 1· Provides technical assistance in troubleshooting,· Provides high-level input on Process Philosophy, process safety and Debottlenecking studies.· Interfaces with ID for provisions of ID services including corrosion control & pigging philosophy and integrity KPls testing procedures.· Coordinate with Operation supports team to reviews PMRs and EWRs.· Provides technical supports and guidance in achieving KPI targets.· Provides technical guidance and supports for Operating procedures for all NSFD field asset (NSSC / NS-WHTs)§ Assists in drafting new procedure in company format§ Review operating procedure§ Review project operating procedure· Manage and ensure OPERGUID Procedures are reviewed and updated regularly incorporating all the changes occurred due to operational experience gained or plant modifications due to PMR or schemes or project implementation or change of responsibility or HSE concerns or best practices.· Participates in Assets Replacement plan & Master plan development exercise· Initiates in-house studies and plant performance tests.· Provides supports in updating / closing audits action cards.· Monitors operational performance of plant, equipment and systems.· Assisting operation and maintenance team during investigation of breakdown/failure plant trip.Reviews, participate in Risk Register update sessions, Shareholders audits action cards. Co ordinates with Planning & Operations Engineering Teams for reviewing PMR and EWRsRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification· Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills· 10 to 15 years of experience in operation /maintenance of oil gas or petrochemical process plants, of which at least 5 years in Supervisory capacity· 8 years of experience, including at least· Good knowledge of English· Capability to function as a team player among different working teams among people with diversified culture & nationalities
