As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving exceptional beverages to our guests. Oversee the bar area, providing exceptional beverage service to all guests.
Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Prepare and maintain ingredients for the beverage menu.
Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
Conduct daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean work and dining area, including polishing glasses and silverware.
Develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu.
Support waiters with table service when needed.
Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Certified or trained bartender.
Experience in bartending.
Organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
