Job DescriptionThe successful applicant will be working as a research assistant in the ASPIRE Research Institute for Food Security in the Drylands. This institute features a comprehensive and highly interdisciplinary R&D program and provides an international collaboration platform for researchers and stakeholders of the public and private food and agricultural sector. The research institute strives to generate knowledge and technological innovation in support of food security in the UAE and other arid environments of the world. As part of one of its research themes, the institute is aiming to study the dietary patterns, food preferences and cognitive food behaviors development of the United Arab Emirates population to build a country-specific sustainable diet. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to these research activities, such as the elaboration of appropriate assessment tools, the collection, analysis and publication of data.Minimum QualificationMSc in Human Nutrition or related areaPreferred Qualification
