- Responsible for the shortlisting of candidates for given positions.
- Assist with screening and interviewing of the candidates.
- Participate in the scheduling of interviews and feedback to candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in posting the job vacancies on job boards and social media.
- Assist with the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal database.
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors/Masters program, or a recent graduate with a major in Human Resources or relevant field (a degree is not required).
- Be passionate by recruitment and Human Resources in general.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Keynote.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Be extremely organized, detail-oriented and demonstrate proactivity.
- Possess strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Dubai or Hybrid.
