Patrol hotel premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to ensure the security of the hotel.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including accidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances.
Provide a visible presence to deter wrongdoing and maintain order in public areas.
Conduct thorough inspections of the hotel facilities, including entrances, exits, and parking areas.
Assist guests and staff with inquiries, directions, and emergency procedures.
Report any safety or security concerns to the appropriate authorities and management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of hotel activities.Requirements:
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures and basic first aid.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
