:To manage, plan and oversee all the activities related to LPG cylinder distribution and Gasoline/ Diesel sales and distribution in Abu Dhabi Emirates as well as Northern Emirates, and any new business ventures as and when introduced in the same market area. To ensure availability of the required resources (manpower, assets and systems) to execute the business in a safe, efficient and profitable manner at all times, and meeting the KPI’s and Service Level Guidelines established to provide the promised services to the end customers. To actively lead the business planning modules for the business and ensure that suitable operating procedures and the right organization are established to meet the overall objectives and strategy of the company.Train and develop the assigned direct hire workforce to meet the required service levels, and establish the right work routes to cover the business on shift basis extending to 20 hours per day on a 365 days basis. Participate in the decision to outsource tasks and services to selected service providers, and ensure that all the necessary orientation and training is given to the service providers. Close interaction with the company management team to draft the business plans, operating and capital budget expenses and the related targets for the development of the company business.
