My client is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi! We are a nurturing and dedicated nursery committed to providing a stimulating and secure environment for young learners to flourish.Responsibilties:**Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.**Foster a love of learning through play-based activities, exploration, and discovery.**Develop strong relationships with children, celebrating their individual needs and milestones.**Collaborate effectively with other educators and parents to ensure a holistic learning experience.**Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.Requirements:**Cache L3 qualification or above OR Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).**Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.**Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.**Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.Benefits:**Competitive TAX-FREE salary up to 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED per month (not inluding housing allowance, but will be assisted in finding housing).**FREE visa**FREE medical insurance.**Gratuity bonus as per UAE labor law.**Paid holiday**A 2-year renewable contract.This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive team, providing a nurturing and enriching educational experience for children in the dynamic and multicultural.Minimum Application RequirementsQualification:Minimum Qualification Requirement: Cache Level 3Familty status
