Our client, a distributor in consumer & home appliances is seeking to hire a Sales Representative for their office based in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities and implement a lead generation strategy to collect sales leads and understand market needs.
  • Conduct hands on sales in the UAE Re-Export market and introduce Tesla Innovation's products to new prospects explaining their features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales activity.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and events.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships by regularly visiting UAE re-export clients, agents, brokers, and retailers, and providing personalized services and incentives to encourage sales.
  • The candidate will need to allocate maximum time to the market, focusing on outbound sales involving cold calling to new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales representative, in the consumer electronic/ home appliances industry.
  • Previous experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales is a MUST.
  • Candidate MUST have a database of UAE reexport market contacts with a strong focus on Africa, including buying agents, brokers, and re-exporters.
  • Candidate should have direct connections with the African traders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English.
Salary: Up to AED 7000 + Attractive CommissionWorking Days: 5 days a weekJob Location: Dubai
