:Manage the planning, defining & implementation of the Training & Development strategy, processes and success metrics for all the training initiatives of Client's, in line with the organisation’s HR strategy to ensure the building and enhancing of employee capability to execute present and future business objectives whilst nurturing a learning culture across Client's.
