- To collect, manage, analyse, and report the business plan of company’s subsidiary’s business plan / budget within AME including financial statements according to global budgeting and financial procedures consulting with expatriates within the department. It is also a responsibility to compile each subsidiary’s plan as the regional business plan / budget.
- In the future, this role will also be required to provide advice regarding the financial statement for business planning of subsidiary in each country within AME.
- Logically analyse subsidiary’s business plan/quarterly budget with the professional financial point of view
- Systematically compile the collected budget from each subsidiary as the regional business plan / budget and propose this to the management.
- Assess financial performance and formulate countermeasures wherever applicable
- Communicate with regional finance members in a convincing manner on the market trend and budget and ensure targets and objectives are achieved consistently
- Has high motivation to tackle tough market situations and expand the business
- Organize and maintain a yearly, monthly, and daily schedule for the department
- Organize and arrange sales meetings and other events as required
- Maintain a database of financial information / analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Has professional acumen on Finance
- Able to develop and deliver presentations to Senior General Manager and above with clarity and in a convincing manner
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any finance-related subjects
- Over 5 years of management accounting experience
- Ability to undertake travel without restrictions in Africa and the Middle East region.
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general PC high-level knowledge
- Influencing Skills at the highest level both within company and external parties
- Ability to organise work under pressure and effectively prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
- Be conscious of teamwork and the impact of decisions made on the rest of the team
- Self-motivated, with strong human inter-personal and communications skills, and a passionate, proactive, can-do attitude
- Preferably have knowledge and passion for transportation equipment manufacture industry
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to make sound business decisions.
- Knowledge of Dealer and Distributor business
