- Execute the product strategy and commercial value propositions including new products/services.
- Regularly review the channel's portfolio performance and suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, and portfolio rationalization.
- Conduct annual deep dives on market trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories, and services.
- Provide input for monthly sales forecasting of the channel's portfolio.
- Drive awareness for the OOH propositions among decision makers and end-users, including local ATL campaigns for OOH.
- Maximize the impact of the local digital footprint, including the OOH website.
- Execute lead generation activities, including direct mail campaigns, CRM, fairs, and events.
- Drive the Organization’s business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable approach.
- Define and drive the right initiatives to achieve the business results
- Support the Marketing Manager in making optimal investments and decisions in the Operational People Plan process for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment
- Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organization by collaborating with other departments
- A university degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product and/or Brand Manager in a Hospitality or Premium Hotel Marketing setting.
- Experience in project management of complex projects.
- Demonstrable initiative, anticipating future problems and developing contingency plans.
- Excellent understanding of the business environment, including team goals and company business drivers.
- Proactive cooperation, gaining the trust and support of others and contributing ideas and energy to succeed as a team.
- Strong results focus, achieving results in compliance with the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and delivering expected result
