- Identify and evaluate opportunities, conduct several market research to identify potential business opportunities in UAE.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop a deep understanding of the HR market.
- Develop and implement new business development strategies aligned with Linked4HRs goals.
- Develop and execute market expansion plans to strengthen our presence in UAE. Identify sales opportunities and strategic alliances to maximize business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Proactively engage with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present our services as valuable solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement.
- Close deals and secure contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development/Sales/Marketing Manager or a similar role in the UAE market.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE business landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Strong track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborate closely with team. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Commission based remuneration, which can be extremely lucrative.
