:§ Prepare reports on the activities and tasks entrusted to him in accordance with the reporting system adopted in the Authority and submit them to the direct supervisor.§ Prepare periodic performance reports to the direct supervisor about the actual achievement compared to the planned, in addition to the obstacles facing his work.§ Organize and save the information, data and documents necessary to make decisions that fall within the field of the job in a way that is easy to refer to.§ Identify the challenges and obstacles that are faced at work and inform the direct responsible for them.§ Communicate with the Authority's employees and provide them with the required information within the framework of work, regulations and laws in force.Adherence to the application of the conditions, policies and procedures of environment, health and safety in the field of work and the standards of institutional excellence and quality adopted locally and internationally adopted by the senior management of the Authority.Requirements§ Updating a database of employees to include all supporting documents approved by the concerned official authorities, subjective procedures and related information and updating them permanently.§ Collect official information and documents necessary to complete official procedures related to the official transactions of employees.§ Communicate with the departments and sections of the Authority to collect annual leave plans on time and ensure that there are leave balances due to employees.§ Implement the procedures for the decisions of transfer, secondment, secondment and promotions of employees and ensure that they are implemented accurately.§ Prepare various administrative decisions related to various job measures such as job title change, termination of service and other decisions that involve changing the employee's employment status before submitting them to the direct supervisor for approval.§ Respond to employee inquiries by referring to HR policies§ Preparation of reports on personnel affairsReview employee requests through the Government Resources System
