Job DescriptionProcess property evaluation requests in order to ensure all properties are evaluated within the approved limits in the agreed SLA’s and timelines.Check and verify all the documents submitted with the valuation requests in order to ensure accuracy and completeness of supported documents as per guidelines.Conduct site visits to verify documents, data submitted and to capture photos of the property necessary for valuation report preparation.Prepare and sign the property valuation repot as per the delegation of authority and SLAs.Prepare MIS of all the executed valuations in order to share the updates with the line manager.Ensure proper documents filing for all valuation reports in order to have an efficient and effective filing system in the unit.Report any deviation found in the evaluations to line manager in order to ensure further review and necessary corrective action.Conduct market research for obtaining the latest / updated property values in order to ensure better evaluation and pricing of bank properties.Adhere to banks SOPs, SLAs and sharia principles and guidelines in order to ensure all property evaluation requests is attended in efficient and timely mannerCompetencies/SkillsTechnical Competencies:Commercial KnowledgeCustomer Servicing/Relationship ManagementMIS Generation and AnalyticsRegulatory and Compliance KnowledgeSharia Principles of Islamic FinanceBanking/Operations Workflow KnowledgeEngineering Standards and AnalysisManagement of Vendors / AlliancesOperational Risk AwarenessProject Management/ Co-ordinationBehavioral Competencies:Engage the customerShare knowledge & work as one.Act with ownershipMaintain transparency & communicate to shareEmpower to decide
