- Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for agents to work towards and manage the pipeline of a transaction from start to finish
- Work with internal teams to ensure that status of listings are current and track progress
- Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring alignment with industry changes.
- Offer guidance and motivation to close sales, focusing on achieving overall objectives.
- Develop and implement client relations strategy, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
- Conduct sales meetings and training programs to enhance agent skills and meet targets.
- Identify business opportunities through networking and attending property events.
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry (UAE)
- Should have a good understanding of UAE real estate legislation, industry news, issues, and trends.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, Arabic speaking will be an advantage
- Proven leadership and management skills of small to medium-sized teams.
- Customer-centric with a warm demeanour, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit.
