- Drive revenue enhancement and cost saving initiatives
- Responsible for audits - internal and external and compliance of the organization
- Drive innovation, digitization and business process.
- Responsible for agency management
- Responsible for Tax and Legal
- Communicate with top management at HQ levels.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties - Banks, Legal, Audit, Vendors
- Administer policies (Accounting /HR / Compliance) with adequate internal controls.
- BPM: Successful implementation of projects that are in line with the organization's goals.
- Additional cost savings and generating ancillary revenue.
- Digitization projects and initiatives.● Strong communication and presentation skills,
● Knowledge and ability to setup ERP applications and strong in business processes,
● Leadership and people management skills,
● Analytical and negotiating skills.
● Ability to think strategically and to provide strategic leadership.
