- Promote new products and services to clients in oil & gas, industrial sectors.
- Identifying market opportunities, devising effective sales strategies PPE products, and adapting approaches to meet evolving market trends and customer needs.
- Build and nurture client relationships, resulting in a strong pipeline and increased sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on proper use and maintenance of PPE products.
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate proper use of PPE products.
- Experienced Sales Professional: Seasoned in sales with over 3 years of experience in UAE, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in PPE / hardware & tools industries.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of PPE or building materials products.
- Strong technical knowledge of PPE products and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of PPE standards and safety requirements
