:Preparing the budget of the department and its affiliates, and submitting periodic reports to the head of the department on financial performanceMain tasks and responsibilities
  • Preparing and implementing the requirements for preparing the annual budget of the Department and its affiliated entities, including the circulars, instructions and forms necessary to complete the preparation of the budget according to the requirements of the Department of Finance.
  • Preparing content to provide guidance and awareness to all sectors in the department regarding the mechanism of preparing the budget and the documents and details required for that in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the Department of Finance
  • Review the budget proposals of the sectors and subsidiaries and ensure the calculation details and the necessary documents
  • Compiling the budget of the department and its affiliates and submitting it to the head of the department
  • Work on preparing all additional details and inquiries received from the Department of Finance
  • Preparing the details, mechanism and forms necessary for the distribution of the approved budget of the department
  • Preparing and compiling monthly disbursement forecasts, coordinating with departments, preparing the file and submitting it to the head of the department
  • Preparing performance reports for the budgets of different sectors and submitting them to the head of the department for review
  • Updating disbursement forecasts on a monthly basis in coordination with departments
  • Prepare and submit a periodic report on the financial performance of senior management and submit it to the head of the department for review
  • Implement all activities related to reviewing disbursement requests and necessary financial transfers
  • Prepare all the requirements of the periodic reports required by the Department of Finance and submit them according to the necessary schedule
  • Prepare requirements for calculating service costs for different sectors
  • Perform any other tasks as directed
RequirementsBACHELOR'S DEGREE IN A RELEVANT DISCIPLINE FROM A RECOGNIZED ACADEMIC INSTITUTION4 years of experience​We are looking for candidates who have technical experience in Oracle/OBIEE. Additionally, we require candidates who are proficient in the areas of budgeting, monthly reporting, budget analysis, financial analysis, cash flow monitoring, budget cycle management reporting, and data center operations.
