- Establishes market objectives and elaborates business plans to develop new opportunities and revenue streams for the company Electronics products.
- Responsible for developing a dynamic sales strategy for the existing and prospectus products of the factory, both in the region and internationally.
- Oversee products, development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
- Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs and Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates and review operational records and reports to sales and determine profitability.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.
- Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings.
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
- Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
- Ensure consistent communication is maintained internally within the operating sections and externally with the planning and support services divisions and external stakeholders
