- Develop and execute recruiting plans for oil and gas positions
- Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of recruitment activities
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to stay competitive in the market
- Build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruitment processes
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting for the oil and gas industry
- Preferably experience working in international recruitment or with diverse nationalities
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong technical skills in using recruitment software and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Physical ability to attend industry events and travel as needed
