DescriptionJob Title: Cleaning Services Administrative AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description:We are currently seeking an efficient and organized individual to join our team as a Cleaning Services Administrative Assistant in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our cleaning services department, assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Answer phone calls and emails from clients regarding cleaning service inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
Schedule cleaning appointments and assign cleaning staff to specific jobs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with clients and cleaning staff to address special requests, changes to schedules, and other service-related matters.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, appointments, and client information in the database.
Prepare and distribute invoices, receipts, and other documentation related to cleaning services.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services and address any issues or concerns.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training cleaning staff as needed.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Uphold company policies and procedures related to cleaning services and customer interactions.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in the cleaning services industry, is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
