- Engaging Customers: Conducting meetings with customers to promote our digital solutions and improve their overall experience.
- Internal Support: Serving as a go-to person for internal users, providing assistance on Customer Solutions related topics.
- Business Development Support: Assisting the Sales/Business Development team with customer solutions related tasks to drive growth.
- Adaptability: Flexibly taking on additional tasks or projects assigned by the solutions team lead to support the organization's success.
- Marketing Support: Contributing to regional marketing activities, including events, promotions, and online marketing initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Researching logistics market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Generating customer-specific and internal reports using business intelligence tools like Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Power BI.
- Willingness to travel within the MEIA region as needed.
