Sr. Specialist Training Content Design

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Content and Design Specialist to join our Center of Excellence team. You will help design and deliver immersive, interactive, high-impact learning programs such as live workshops and online learning, for elevating our account management team. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve talabat's experience across all our 8 markets.What's On Your Plate?
● Training design and creation
a. Provide support for the relevant senior team members and collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective training material
b. Create multimedia content, including presentations, videos, and interactive materials to
enhance the learning experience in line with key instructional design principles
c. Ensure course material aligns with talabat's long-term strategy, goals, and values, and
educates the team on industry best practices
d. Design and structure courses to maximize learner engagement and comprehension. Build effective assessments for each module to ensure content comprehension and absorption● Collaboration and continuous improvement:
a. Work closely with subject matter experts and local market experts to develop content,
storyboards, and related instructional elements for incorporation into the courses. Ensure
project timelines are met and deliverables meet the quality expectations
b. Regularly review and update course content to reflect industry changes and feedback from trainers
c. Ensure smooth daily operations as well as running and proactively identifying and driving further automation and repeatability of key processes and tools as the program continues to grow at scale
d. Work closely with trainers and the account management team to understand learner
needs and incorporate feedback into content improvements
e. Stay informed about industry trends, instructional design methodologies, and emerging
technologies to enhance course effectiveness
f. Assist in organizing and coordinating workshops, providing necessary materials and
support for trainersWhat you need to be successfulWhat Did We Order?
● Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
● 3-4 years of proven experience in building training programs, course content creation, and instructional design, preferably in a corporate training environment.
● Previous experience in building frontline academies, specifically for sales training and enablement is preferred.
● Possess a strong passion for designing and delivering learning programs.
● Traditional consulting skill set required to develop strong content, lead workshops, apply problem-solving, and manage diverse relationships/interactions
● Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, and visual design tools such as Canva would be preferred
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual candidates with expertise in Arabic would be preferred
